
Fresh Moghan nectar
Moghan nectarine has a red skin and a yellow or red mantle that contains vitamins A and C.
This fruit is prepared in tropical regions including Alborz, North Khorasan, Kurdistan and Tehran provinces and packed in bulk and in baskets or containers.
Moghan nectar can be stored at a temperature of 0 to 0.5 degrees Celsius and at a relative humidity of 90 to 95% for 1 month.
A major part of this product is distributed inside Iran, and some of it is exported by refrigerated containers to neighboring countries, especially the Persian Gulf (by sea), Russia, European Union countries, etc.
This product rejuvenates skin and hair, eliminates constipation and lowers blood sugar in diabetic patients. Among the uses of Maghan nectar, we can mention raw fruit, compote, jam, lavash and smoothie.
