
Fresh white grapes
White grapes have a uniform and green skin and mantle, which contains vitamins such as A, C, K and mineral salts such as potassium, calcium, magnesium and phosphorus.
In the tropical regions of Fars province, it is prepared and packed in bulk and in a basket or container.
This fruit can be stored at a temperature of 0 to 5 degrees Celsius and a humidity of 85 to 95% for 2 to 3 months.
A major part of this product is distributed inside Iran and some of it is exported by refrigerated containers to neighboring countries, especially the Persian Gulf (by sea), Russia, European Union countries, etc. White grapes have an effective role in preventing Alzheimer’s, preventing indigestion and fighting breast cancer. White grapes can be used in smoothies, vinegar and as raw fruit.
