This fruit is prepared in tropical areas such as Lorestan and Kerman and packed in bulk and in baskets or containers.
Pomegranate can be stored at a temperature of 0 to 3 degrees Celsius and a relative humidity of 85 to 95% for 2 to 4 months.
A major part of the export of this product is carried out inside Iran and some of it is carried out by refrigerated containers to neighboring countries, especially the Persian Gulf (by sea), Russia, European Union countries, etc.
Pomegranate properties include improving digestive problems, regulating blood pressure, and preventing heart diseases. The way to consume this fruit is raw, lavash and cooking paste.
