Dried plums
Plums are rich in vitamins and antioxidants and are very useful for the health of the body and are effective in preventing diseases. It is usually found in dried and fresh plums in the market. Since plums have many properties and their freshness season is very short and only in summer, they used to make them as dried plums so that they can be used all year round. Plums have antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and memory-improving properties. It contains phenols, especially anthocyanins, which improve cognitive function, bone health, and better heart function. This fruit also has a low glycemic index, so eating it increases the blood sugar level.
