Apricot has a yellow skin and mantle and is rich in vitamins A, B, C and mineral salts such as calcium, potassium, phosphorus, etc.

This fruit is prepared in tropical regions such as Semnan, East Azarbaijan and Tehran provinces and packed in bulk and in baskets or containers.

Apricots can be stored at a temperature of 0 to 0.5 degrees Celsius and at a relative humidity of 90 to 95% for 1 to 2 weeks.

A major part of this product is distributed inside Iran, and some of it is exported by refrigerated containers to neighboring countries, especially the Persian Gulf (by sea), Russia, European Union countries, etc.

This fruit effectively helps to reduce blood sugar in diabetic patients, improve anemia, improve eyesight and improve respiratory problems. Apricot is used as raw fruit, lavash, compote and smoothie.
