Fresh peach

Peach has a velvety skin and a yellow mantle attached to the core. It contains vitamins B1, B2, A.

This fruit is prepared in subtropical regions such as Alborz, Hamadan and Fars and is packed in bulk and in baskets or containers.

The way to store peaches is at a temperature of 0 to 0.5 degrees Celsius and a relative humidity of 90 to 95% for 2 to 4 weeks.

Most of this product is transported inside Iran, and some of it is exported by refrigerated containers to neighboring countries, especially the Persian Gulf (by sea), Russia, European Union countries, etc.

Peach fruit is effective in treating high cholesterol and obesity, strengthening the immune system, improving bone health, and preventing brain disorders. The method of consumption is raw fruit, compote and smoothie.
