Fresh pear
Pear has a yellow skin and mantle, which contains vitamins such as vitamin E, C and mineral salts such as calcium, iron and magnesium.
This fruit is prepared in cold regions such as West Azarbaijan, East Azarbaijan and Qazvin and is packed in bulk and in a basket or container.
This product can be stored at a temperature of -1 to 1 °C and a relative humidity of 85 to 95% for 3 months.
A major part of this product is distributed inside Iran and some of it is exported by refrigerated containers to neighboring countries, especially the Persian Gulf (by sea), Russia, European Union countries, etc.
The properties of this fruit include reducing blood sugar in diabetic patients, preventing osteoporosis and regulating blood pressure. Pear can be used in compote, smoothie and raw fruit.
