
Fresh grapefruit
Grapefruit contains vitamin C, E, iron and calcium.
This fruit is prepared in tropical regions such as Fars, Kerman, Kohgiluyeh, and Boyer Ahmad and is packed in bulk and in baskets or containers.
This product can be stored at a temperature of 1 to 12 degrees Celsius and a relative humidity of 85 to 95% for 12 months.
A major part of grapefruit exports from Iran and some of it is carried out by refrigerated containers to neighboring countries, especially the Persian Gulf (by sea), Russia, EU countries, etc.
Grapefruit plays an important role in removing kidney stones, fighting cancer and improving eyesight. This fruit is used raw and in smoothies.
