Green apples can be stored at a temperature of 0 to 2 degrees Celsius and at a relative humidity of 85 to 95% for 6 months.
A major part of this product is distributed inside Iran, and some of it is exported by refrigerated containers to neighboring countries, especially the Persian Gulf (by sea), Russia, European Union countries, etc.
This fruit helps to lose weight, lower blood sugar, improve bone strength and improve digestive system function. Green apple is used raw, compote, smoothie and jam.
