Fresh lemon

Lemon fruit has a yellow skin and mantle, which is rich in vitamin C, copper and iron.

In the tropical regions of Fars province, it is prepared and packed in bulk and in a basket or container.

The best way to store this product is at a temperature of 0 to 5 degrees Celsius and a relative humidity of 85 to 95% for 45 days.

A major part of the export of this fruit is in Iran and some of it is exported by refrigerated containers to neighboring countries, especially the Persian Gulf countries (by sea), Russia, European Union countries, etc.

Lemon plays an important role in treating colds, detoxifying the body, strengthening the immune system, and treating stomach ulcers. This fruit is consumed raw and in smoothies.
