
Peach fig
Fig peach has a reddish yellow skin and a yellow mantle attached to the core, it contains vitamin A, C, potassium and fiber.
This fruit is prepared in temperate regions such as Alborz, Fars, Mazandaran and Hamadan and packed in bulk and in baskets or containers.
Fig peaches can be stored at a temperature of 0 to 0.5 degrees Celsius and at a relative humidity of 90 to 95% for 2 to 4 weeks.
This product is mostly transported inside Iran, and some of it is exported by refrigerated containers to neighboring countries, especially the Persian Gulf (by sea), Russia, European Union countries, etc.
Peaches and figs help to eliminate body toxins, treat ulcers and gastritis, strengthen bones, reduce hair loss, and reduce blood sugar in diabetic patients. This fruit is used as raw fruit, compote and smoothie.
